USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Customer", or "You") and ABV Grup & CHAPUTS, having its registered office at Merkezefendi Mah. 201 Sok. No:151/A - 20010 - Merkezefendi - Denizli - Türkiye ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By accessing or using our website www.chaputs.com / www.mocco.store and any of our associated services or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our platforms or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity under applicable laws to enter into this Agreement. If you are entering this Agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
4. Product Information and Orders
- All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
- Orders will only be processed upon successful payment and subject to stock availability.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in the applicable currency. We accept payments via designated methods on our websites. For B2B purchases, separate payment terms may apply and must be agreed upon in writing.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs vary based on location and order size. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns under conditions specified in our Return Policy. Items must be unused and returned within the stated period. Custom or bulk orders (B2B) may be subject to different return terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, images, product descriptions, and trademarks on our website are the property of ABV Grup & CHAPUTS and protected by applicable laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

10. Confidentiality (For B2B Clients)
Any proprietary information shared during business negotiations must remain confidential, as outlined in our separate Confidentiality Agreement (NDA).

We provide our products and services “as is” and make no warranties, expressed or implied. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Denizli, Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denizli.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
